Below are a few common questions that we hope we can answer for you
Will my horse be watered and fed during the trip?

Yes.Your horse will have free choice hay (supplied by owner) during   the whole trip.Your horses trip is stressful enough without changing his or her hay.We feel that providing your horse with the hay he or she is used to is best to avoid any health problems. Grain is not recommended during transport. Water will be offered every 2-3 hours during the trip.
Do you offer insurance for my horse?

No. We do not offer insurance at this time. It is recommended that you obtain 3rd party insurance for your horse. We have full commercial coverage on both truck and trailer.
Can I check on my horse during the trip?

Yes. We welcome any calls during the trip. We will also contact you periodically to give you updates on our location and your horses well- being.
What kind of van will my horse be shipped in?

Your horse will be shipped in our 2008, 2 horse, slant load, 7' tall     step up trailer. It is a semi stock type trailer, so it is nice and cool    during the hot summer days. Why a stock type trailer? After having  been stuck intraffic for hours, with a enclosed trailer, due to a           accident ahead of us, I realized I would rather have my horse get a   little wet in the rain than get heat stroke. I traded in that trailer and    purchased this very open airy Florida friendly trailer. It also has a    removable divider to accommodate larger horses or mares with foals at their side. It is also more inviting for horses that are cautious loaders
If no one is available at the pick up or drop off location, will you pick up or deliver my horse?

No. For safety and liability reasons, we will not pick up or deliver your horse if no one will be there to help load or receive the horse. Someone must be available to sign the bill of lading.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, credit cards and Pay Pal. Payment is 1/2 at time of pick up and the balance due at time of delivery.
What paperwork does my horse need to have for transport?

Your horse is required by law to have a current coggins (within 1       year) and for transport out of state, a health certificcate within 30   days is required. NO EXCEPTIONS!
